What preparation is needed before a modular building is installed?
You'll need a suitable level base or foundations, clear access for delivery vehicles and lifting equipment, and services ready for connection. We'll talk you through exactly what's needed for your site before delivery.
How long does it take to install a modular building?
Because the modules arrive largely complete, installation is fast. Smaller buildings are often installed in a matter of days, and larger multi-module or two storey buildings take longer. We'll confirm the programme when we quote.
Do you install buildings supplied by other companies?
Yes. Many of the UK's leading modular and portable building manufacturers use us as their preferred installation and dismantle contractor, and we can install buildings from any supplier.
Can you dismantle a building for storage or resale?
Yes. We can dismantle, brace and load your building for transport to storage, to a buyer or to a new site.
Are your installers qualified?
Yes. All of our tradespeople hold the appropriate CSCS cards and have extensive experience in the modular and portable building industry. Every project is covered by site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
