The price depends on the size of the cabin, the specification (toilets, kitchens, heating and finishes), whether you choose a new or pre-owned unit, and the work needed on site, such as the base, services and access. Do I need planning permission for a portable cabin?
It depends on how and where the cabin will be used. Cabins placed on a construction site for the duration of the building work are usually covered by permitted development, but most other uses, particularly long-term ones, are likely to need planning permission, and Building Regulations may also apply. Always check with your local planning authority early. We can supply drawings and specifications to support an application.
How quickly can I get a portable cabin?
